Position Description

Belkasoft, a world-wide leader in digital forensics and incident response software, is seeking a full-time Marketing Director for its US office. The chosen candidate will coordinate our marketing efforts internationally with the focus on North America, and will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans, both strategic and tactical.

The position requires a previous experience of working as a marketing director or a marketing lead in the DFIR field. Candidates should feel comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial environment. Being an important part of the team, you will play a significant role in promoting the company’s products to global markets with the emphasis on the US market.

Qualifications

  • Must have prior experience of leading marketing efforts (Marketing Director/Marketing Lead)
  • Prior experience of working in a DFIR software company
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills. Experience in giving presentations and webinars, and talking to customers
  • Good organizational skills; ability to effectively balance multiple responsibilities
  • Experience of measuring effectiveness of marketing campaigns and other efforts

Requirements

  • Must speak English as a native language
  • 2+ years experience as a Manager level or above in Marketing within IT companies (please share your success stories)
  • Experience across all marketing channels, including brand-to-brand partnerships
  • Experience in marketing content creation (please share examples of your work)
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Plan, run and evaluate international marketing campaigns. Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaigns. Define and track key metrics and deliver reporting and analytics for marketing programs
  • Plan marketing budget
  • Create and execute demand generation programs, tailored by region, that drive net new leads into the marketing funnel as well as qualified leads for the sales team
  • Create corresponding content, including company website content, technical articles, blog posts, emails, etc.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and webinars online, develop and conduct presentations for the trade shows and conferences
  • Constantly search for marketing opportunities in online and offline channels
  • Coordinate company's social networks campaigns, AdWords and other marketing engines
  • Work in close contact with the Belkasoft US sales team and the Belkasoft EU marketing team
